Day 8: Inaction
It was a rainy day today. I got lost in work on my computer. Did not move move. Inactive day.
I almost did not post a video, but then realized that part of Embracing Vulnerability is telling the truth, even when it means that I am not proud of what I am sharing. Part of my learning is that part of Taking Action is acknowledging when things are slower.
In examining and seeing the Inaction for what it is, you can learn how to change for the next time.
